The following Income Statement provides details of costs incurred for the past few years and anticipated costs over the next few year. The Balancing Statement shows how much is owed by and to the company.

Statutory Accounts

The accounts are as filed at Companies House in statutory format for each calendar year. All statutory accounts are believed to have been filed as dormant accounts (i.e. with no transactions being shown within the accounts).  Instead separate service charge accounts have been prepared. In 2026 the directors changed the statutory year end to 31 January to align it with the estate service charge year end. The intention being to produce a single set of detailed accounts in future in a similar format to the service charge accounts for the year ending 31 January 2026 produced by the new managing agent.
